Cancellation policy

Orders we have not sent yet

Ask on our refund request form, or email paulshaonstudio@gmail.com, with your order number. As long as the order has not been handed to the courier, we will cancel it and refund you in full.

Bookings, tickets and hires

You may cancel a booking or a ticket up to 1 day before it starts and we will refund 100% of what you paid. After that we cannot refund it: the place has been held for you and can no longer be resold.

Bookings must be made at least 2 hours before the start time so that we can prepare.

Moving a booking

If you would rather move to another date than cancel, ask us at paulshaonstudio@gmail.com. We will move you where there is space, at no charge, if you ask before the cutoff above.

If we cancel

If we have to cancel, you choose: a full refund, or a place on another date. We will tell you as soon as we know.
